Why I do this work
My background is in senior living and healthcare. Over the years I've sat with a lot of families at a hard moment: a parent who fell, a diagnosis that changed everything, a hospital asking where Dad will go next. Most of them had never done this before, and nobody had told them what to ask.
I started Care Path so families here would have someone local in their corner, someone who knows which communities do memory care well, which adult family homes have a calm feel, and which questions separate a good fit from a nice lobby.
How I work
- A few families at a time. I keep my caseload small so yours gets my full attention.
- I come on the tours. I don't hand you a list and disappear. I schedule the visits and go with you.
- You choose. My help is free, and the decision is always yours. I'll be honest about what I see.
- I stay through move-in. Paperwork, timing, and the questions that come up along the way.
A network that comes with me
Over the years I've built relationships with local physicians, elder law attorneys, movers, and others who help families through a move. When you work with me, you get access to those resources too.
